For the Savory Tofu Marinade (Good for ½ block of tofu.)

  • 1 tablespoon Bragg’s Liquid Aminos or low-sodium gluten-free soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • Red pepper flake to taste
  • ½ to ¾ cup veggie broth
  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a pint-sized jar or small container. Make sure the tofu is completely covered with broth. Allow to marinate 8 hours, or overnight.
