For the Teriyaki Tofu Marinade (Good for ½ block of tofu)

  • 2 tablespoons Bragg’s Liquid Aminos or low-sodium gluten-free soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon minced ginger
  • Red pepper flake to taste
  • ½ to ¾ cup veggie broth
  1. In a pint-sized jar or small container, combine the Liquid Aminos, maple syrup, and seasonings. Add tofu, and then fill the remainder of the container with veggie broth until the tofu is covered. Allow to marinate 8 hours, or overnight.
