Sesame Baked Tofu Wrap
squares of lavash bread or large tortillas
head of green leaf lettuce, washed, dried, and roughly chopped
batch of Sweet Sesame Dressing
block of sriracha baked tofu, thinly sliced
Toss the dressing with your lettuce and grated carrots. Divide your lettuce between the two lavash breads. Top with sliced tofu and avocado. Roll-up, cut in half, and serve immediately.
