Easy White Bean Hummus

  • 1 1/2 cup cooked white beans (1 can, drained)
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt to taste
  1. Add all of the ingredients to a food processor. Blend until very creamy, about 2 to 3 minutes. Stop occasionally to scrape the sides and bottom.

  2. Serve immediately, or chill for a few hours before serving.

  3. To serve, top with a flavorful olive oil, and seasoning of choice.
