Quick and easy baked tofu recipe, so full of flavor.
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F., preferably on convection.
Slice the tofu into 1/4 thick slabs. Sandwich the slices between two towels to get rid of any excess surface water.
Place your tofu slices on a Silpat or parchment lined baking sheet. Generously brush on That Good Good Sauce. Bake for about 10 minutes or until the tofu is sizzling and golden. Flip the tofu over and sauce the other side. Return to the oven and bake another 7 to 10 minutes, or until the tofu is golden and sizzling. Allow the tofu to cool a bit before serving.
