Vegan Ranch Dressing

  • 1 cup vegan mayonnaise (I use Vegenaise)
  • 1/2 cup plain vegan yogurt or ½ cup soy milk with a teaspoon of lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
  • 2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon mushroom broth powder very optional
  • Black pepper to taste
  1. Add all ingredients into a pint sized jar. Screw on the lid and shake until well combined. Add more soy milk if it is too thick. Refrigerate for a couple of hours for best flavor.
