I pretty sure this website (and my YouTube channel) runs on coffee, but sometimes I like to shake things up a bit. During my Vegan Keto experiment, I decided to try and make a version of Bulletproof Coffee that was a bit more whole-foods based, and without the coffee. The result is this Bulletproof Style Cashew Matcha Latte.

On its own, it packs a nice energy and fat boost, but it’s a blank canvas to be embellished as you will. If you are strictly following a Keto diet, then you can add MCT or coconut oil to the mix to increase your fat macros. If you want it sweeter or flavored in a certain way, then you can add your favorite flavored stevia drops.

If you’re trying to get your fats and energy levels up in the morning, this is a great, coffee-free alternative to bulletproof coffee. If you’re not interested in adding oil to your morning cup of tea, then just omit it for a delicious and creamy green tea treat.
