Tofu can be and do anything that it wants, but sometimes, the simpler the preparation the better. This recipe is super easy to make once you have That Good Good Sauce on hand. And I know, that once you make That Good Good Sauce , you’ll always keep it on hand.

High heat is key to getting a good sizzle and texture. I used the air-fry function on my Breville Smart Oven Air to test this recipe, but you can make this tofu in any oven you have.

You can enjoy the tofu fresh out of the oven, refrigerated, over rice or noodles, or use it to make That Good Good Spring Roll, or dice it up, and us it to top That Good Good Noodle Salad.

  • 1 block firm tofu drained
  • That Good Good Sauce
  1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F., preferably on convection.

  2. Slice the tofu into 1/4 thick slabs. Sandwich the slices between two towels to get rid of any excess surface water.

  3. Place your tofu slices on a Silpat or parchment lined baking sheet. Generously brush on That Good Good Sauce. Bake for about 10 minutes or until the tofu is sizzling and golden. Flip the tofu over and sauce the other side. Return to the oven and bake another 7 to 10 minutes, or until the tofu is golden and sizzling. Allow the tofu to cool a bit before serving.
